- Cream Cardstock for the Base cut to make a card 5″ x 5″
- Pink Bazzill Textured Cardstock as Layer #1
- Echo Park Blue Polkadot Patterned Paper as Layer #2
- Echo Park Victoria Gardens Patterned Paper & Sentiment
- Wild Orchid Crafts Mulberry Roses
- Cardstock Swirl painted in Tea Rose Acrylic Paint, sealed with Sparkle Mod Podge
- Cream Lace
- Pink Striped Organic Cotton Ribbon from The Ribbon Reel
- Dimensional Adhesive, Hot Glue Gun & Scortape
