A Merry Christmas

Welcome to Blogmas Day 8…

I can’t believe how fast the days are flying in… the good thing is, I have 3 Christmas cards made already 😉

I have another card to share with you all, simple yet I love it.

• Scrapiniec Chipboard Shapes
• Paperartsy Hyde Park Semi Opaque Paint
• Deco Art Media Tinting Base (added to the Hyde Park to make it opaque)
• Papermania 2mm clear Rhinestones
• Clearly Besotted Merry Christmas Stamp
• Scotch Double Sided Foam Tape
• Versafine Onyx Black Ink

I love the simplicity of this card, not too many things going on… just paint a chipboard shape and add to your card 🙂

I’m out tomorrow for my works Christmas Lunch, but should be back in time to make something for the blog … I have a workshop on at Stampers Grove this Saturday and have another tray to alter… so that will probably be my blog post..

Good Luck Card

Hi everyone…

I have a wee good luck card to share tonight, I ran out of time to make another post it note holder it’s already 10.30pm .. Time flies so fast these days.

I need to get the lighting in my shed sorted out now that it is starting to get dark early, my photo’s took a bit of editing because my light was so bad..

This card is for someone at work who is leaving tomorrow to take up nursing, so I made her a wee card.

I am Loving Life…

Hi Everyone,

It has been another busy night for me…so another couple of quickie cards..

If you are looking to make cute cards in a hurry then why not give journaling cards a try, they are just the job!

I used some textured stone cardstock from my stash and cut it to 4″ x 10″ and scored it at 5″

I also took some thick watercolour card to act as a matte to the journaling card and cut this at 3.25″ x 4.25″

I think the stone cardstock really sets the card off making the pale colours pop

I also added a scattering of sequins for good measure 😉  they are Little Things from Lucys cards

I also added a sticker from the Tim Holtz self adhesive words books, not sure if it is the chit chat one or the other whose name escapes me haha..

Well that is me for the night, 2300hrs and time for bed

Hi Everyone,

I have another super quick card tonight again .. took no more than 10 mins to pull together and make, great of you need a card in a hurry…

I am hoping to be able to spend a bit more time in my shed on Friday night and make something different, so long as something doesn’t crop up!

Loved Card

Hi Everyone..

Well puppy classes went really well with Rhona tonight, apart from the yellow lab who kept biting her ears!

I’m not sure about tonight’s card, It’s ok, but I should have gone easy with the sequins, I added a few too many lol…However  i am happy to share the bad as well as the good 😉

• Black Cardstock cut to 8″ x 4″ to make a 4″ x  4″ card when folded
• Leftover DCWV Colourful Life Stack patterned paper from the earth card I made on Saturday.

It will be another late card tomorrow again as I have to take Chunky and Rhona to the vet ..

Hi Everyone…

Another quickie card for you tonight, this one took around 10 minutes from start to finish.

When it is busy at work, usually around month end, i get really tired in the evenings, so you will find that around this time every month I will be blogging quick n easy cards and things, also Youtube videos will be limited 🙂

I have puppy training classes tomorrow evening after work with wee Rhona, so it will be another quickie card and blog post when I get home late tomorrow evening.. I don’t think I have introduced you to wee Rhona yet have I?  She is a chocolate sprocker

Hi Everyone..

A very quick and easy card for you tonight.. made in around 5-10 mins including taking the photographs 🙂  I used a leftover piece of watercolour paper and a 3 x 3 project life style piece of patterned cardstock they I cut up and divided into 4 small sections
