I will be on for an hour making various different valentine cards..
Here is a supplies list of what you will require if you fancy crafting along with me 🙂
Below is the Essential Basic’s List you will need for all cards, then below that I have listed the exact items I have used and will be required to make each card (these are not set in stone ~ please feel free to replace supplies with whatever you have to hand) 🙂
BASICS
- Kraft Cardstock
- Brown Ink (suitable for stamping) I used Memento Rich Cocoa
- Double Sided Adhesive or ATG
- Glossy Accents
- 1 x “Valentine Sentiment Stamp” of your choice (whatever you have available)
- Patterned Paper (Pink/Red tones)
- Paper trimmer
- Cuttlebug/Bigshot
- Punches : 2 1/2″ Â & 1 3/4″ Circle Punches, small heart punch
- Sizzix Hello Kitty Nested Heart Die (or punches or use your cricut)
- Glue Dots
SUPPLIES:~
Card #1 ~ The Sweetie Valentine Card (mini Card)
- Bazzill Kraft Cardstock cut to make a card 4 1/4″ x 3 1/4″
- 1 x 2 1/2″ Circle cut out of Pattered Paper
- 1 3/4″ Circle cut our of Pink Metallic / Mirriboard Cardstock
- 1 x Medium Heart from the Hello Kitty Sizzix Nested Hearts Die
- Pink Sequins
- Glossy Accents
- Dimensional Adhesives
- Pink Raffia
- Copic Spica Glitter Pen in Pink
- Burgundy Gossamer Floss Silk
- “Be My Valentine Stamp”
- Memento Rich Cocoa Ink
Card #2 ~ Just Stamping Valentine Card (Mini  Square Card)
- Bazzill Kraft Cardstock cut to make a card 3 3/4″ x 3 3/4″ when folded
- 1 x Background Stamp – I used Hero ArtsCountry Hearts Ref: S5161
- 1 x Large Heart from the hello kitty nested hearts sizzix die (for masking)
- 1 x Stampin Up Stampin Write Marker in Chocolate Chip
- Memento Rich Cocoa Ink
- “Be My valentine” Stamp
- Stickles in Fruit Punch
- 1 x Heart Button
- 1 x Glue Dot
- Red Floss Silk
Card #3 Â Masculine Valentine ~ Using up Scraps! (Long Thin Card)
- Bazzill Kraft Cardstock cut to make a card with the following dimensions 8 1/4″ x 3″
- American Crafts Textured Cardstock Scraps in Chocolate brown, Light Brown & Creamy Brown
- Red Textured cardstock scrap
- 3 x Dark Brown 1″ squares (from above scraps)
- 3 x Medium Brown 1/2″ Squares (from above scraps)
- 2 x Creamy Brown Hearts punched with a small heart punch or from the HK Sizzix nested heart die or cricut
- 1 x Red cardstock Heart
- 1 x Glossy Accents to glaze the red heart
- Be My Valentine Sentiment Stamp
- Small Outline Heart Stamp
- Dimensional Adhesive for the centre panel
Card #4 Â Shabby Chic Valentine ~ Matting and Layering (Normal Square Card)
- Kraft Cardstock cut to make a card 5″ x 5″ (edges distressed)
- Love Letters Patterned Paper 1 x cut to 4 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ (edges distressed)
- Love Letters Patterned Paper 1 x cut to 4″ x 4″ (edges distressed)
- Nestabilities labels 8 2nd Smallest die (edges Distressed)
- 4″ x 1″ Strip of very light pink Pink bazzill Textured Cardstock
- 4″ thin strip of Patterned Paper
- Fiskars Treading Water Edge Punch
- 1 x 4″ Strip of Lace
- Extra Tacky Tape
- 4″ Strip of Light Pink Grosgrain Ribbon
- Champagne Seam Binding crinkled up and enough to tie a double bow around a 4″ piece of cardstock
- 1 x German Glass Glittered Star
- By My Valentine Stamp
- Cream Mulberry Paper
- Lace for either side of the nestabilities die once cut
- White Acrylic Paint and a dry brush for distressing the edges
- 2 x Light Pink very small gems
- Dimensional Adhesives
- ATG or double sided tape
Card #5 ~ The Cutesey Kissing Mice Valentine
- Bazzill Kraft Cardstock cut to make a card 6″ x 4″
- Papermania Red Textured Cardstock
- Country Companions Lovers Lane Rose Floral Patterned Paper
- A Cute Valentine Picture of your choice, I have used 2 mice kissing from the Country Companions Lovers Lane Pack
- Seam Binding – White
- Cosmic Shimmer Mist in lava Red (to dye the seam binding ribbon)
- ATG Gun
- Small Jewellery Tag
- Dark Pink Chalk Ink
- Newspaper letters cut out to spell “I Love You”
- Gel Medium (i’m using Claudine Hellmuth Multi Medium Matte)
- Glossy Accents
- Small iridescent sequin Leave and Flower
- Mini Mister (to wet seam binding before glimmering)
And if I get all of the above done in an hour and have time left, I will just wing it with an altered valentine Notepad 😉
